I love to sew. I've always loved to sew. It all started in my 7th Grade sewing class when I zig zagged my way through a pillow case, a pair of boxer shorts, and a vest. Yes a vest.....it is embarressing that I think I even wore the vest to school. It was hideous and sloppy. I continued mastering my sewing skills in high school. However I don't remember anything I made except for a felt mustache and hat for my little newborn nephew's Halloween costume. That is where my sewing journey ended. Until now. A few weeks ago, we had a Ladies Night in our ward where we were taught how to made hooded towels. I already have a few for Jace that were gifts before he was born, but I love them so much I want to make him more. Here is some picture of my first one. These pictures are not very good quality for some reason and don't show how cute the towel really is but I will post more once I finish my second attempt. I like the fabric I chose a lot better than this one.

Now I just need to get myself a sewing machine.
