Last Saturday, our ward had a 70's Theme Party. A lady in my ward found an old dress of hers and insisted I wear it. It was a true Gunny Sac dress and fit perfect. I hate this picture, everyone said I looked so 70's but when I look at this I look so homely pioneerish. It was still fun to go back in time, eat bundt cakes and fondue, and dance the Hustle.
It was quite the feat when I talked J into going with me. It was an adult party but I didn't want to go single. J surprised me with his 70's attire though. At first he said he would go but didn't want to dress up. Fine by me. Then he walked out in this, and I laughed so hard. Reminds me of Ben Stiller in Royal Tenenbaums.
We ended up having a good time, Jace did wonderful in the Nursery provided by our wards YW, and we talked with some good friends and ate some good 70's candy.

Hilarious! And good for you getting Jeremy to go - and dress up nonetheless - no way would I have been successful with Mike...I'm impressed :-)! (And I LOVE Jace's dance by the way)
