COUNTING TO TEN

On our trip to Utah I mentioned that Jace spent a lot of time in Grandma Brown's room with her. He would get his seat out and then grab the crayon box she has and unload it and then load it over and over with her help. As I helped make dinner one day he was doing just that and Grandma was counting as he took them in and out. I guess he picked up on it because ever since he has been counting to ten. It is not perfect, he leaves out "three" and "seven" quite often replacing them most often with "five" but it is a start. I'm still in shock every time he does it. Counting has become our favorite past time....especially in the car when we need something to occupy his time.

Here he is counting his cars yesterday. You can here in his voice that he has a cold. Such a cute little stuffed up nose.
