Laundry Helper and a Workout
Laundry is never ending. I am sure you all feel the same way. There is always something to wash, dry, or fold. Jace is a big helper. He likes to put the dryer sheet in the dryer for me every time and will then shut the dryer door and help me push the full basket of clothes ready for folding into the family room. He always tells me, "Help you" which means help me push this because its heavy. Then tells himself, "Good job" as we push. Most of the time the rest of his help consists of him emptying the clothes all over the room or unfolding what I have already folded. This night he was pulling things out and telling me what they were and who they belonged too. For example, "Daddy...socks" or "Big...Shorts" meaning they are not his and belong to someone BIG. He then asked, "Socks..on" so I put J's socks on him. He looks like a little baby soccer player. He wore them around the house until he went to bed.
The next day Jace and I went out for a run because our YMCA was still closed due to no power from IKE. As we were leaving J through his sweat band at me just in case I needed it. It was already getting hot and I knew I would sweat a lot. I quickly through it in the stroller and forgot about it, but when we got home we put it on Jace for some quick entertainment. At first he took it off, but then got used to it and wore it around. We thought he looked so adorable.
